请教论坛里各位高人,看现在这种情况有什么比较好的解决办法.
我们家的BOSXX洗衣机是一年半前买的,还在它两年的warranty里面. 前几天发现它的SEAL下面缺了一块.说实话,我们现在很少洗牛仔裤等什么含有硬物的东西,所以不太明白是什么导致了这个问题.
跟bosXX联系了,他们说是
Looking at your Seal, it shows signs of something ripping a chuck out of it. The only way this kind of damage can happen is when something gets caught whilst either being put inside or pulled out of the washing machine. I find it hard to believe this could happen when placing things inside as objects usually get placed in singularly and should have been noticed. 然后说,这是意外,是不被包括在免费维修里的. 维修费的话,要2-300多呢. 请教各位高手,有什么别的办法可以和据理力争,让他们支付一部分维修费用吗. 我们也觉得挺冤枉的,毕竟这么贵的洗衣机,我们用的挺小心的,这才一年多,就坏成了这样,我们也对这个品牌挺失望的呢. 谢谢大家. |
