新父母团聚移民担保人移民监的问题

我是2008年3月拿下的PR, 想问一下，我可否在现在担保我父母申请移民。新父母团聚移民和旧的政策对于担保人子女的移民监问题是否一样？是不是必须要满足旧移民政策下的连续三年每一年呆够184天的要求。
我的出入境情况如下，请中介公司的专业人士帮忙分析一下。

2008.3.8拿到PR.
2008.7.11到达国内，2008.10.7回到新西兰。（度假3个月）
2009整年都在新西兰
2010.1.31到达国内，2011.1.24回到新西兰。  （回国工作了将近一年）
2011.1.25-今一直都在新西兰，没有去过任何国家。


谢谢大家啦！我因为这个问题苦恼了很久，希望能够得到专业的回答。

补充，我在移民局的网站上看到这样一句话，请问应该作何解释？这是针对担保人子女说的。
•        be ordinarily resident in New Zealand and have
spent at least 184 days in New Zealand in each
of the three years immediately before you
apply for residence

是已经递交了，如果你算的话，我今年7月份正好满足他们要求的每三年带够184天的要求，但如果是现在申请可能就不行了。就要等到明年7月份。如果不是连续的三年，那么我带够了。我现在就想知道是不是连续的三年。

2010.1.31到达国内，2011.1.24回到新西兰。  （回国工作了将近一年）----呦，中间断了一下哎。。。晕啊。。。这不等于要重新计算了么。。

所以不清楚啊，新政策下说的挺绕人。以前说是three-year period,现在没说period了。

如果从2008年7月28日到2009年7月28日这样算为一年的话，那么我就满足了。算的方式方法不同而已。

说实话哦，从你上面提供的英文内容，我是这么理解的，就是说你目前不符合那一条的。。。只能到明年7月才可以。。。。

没错啊，我是可以等到明年7月，但如果明年7月我的eoi还没选下来怎么办啊？我知道什么时候能选上eoi?他们是从你拿到邀请函，递交移民申请的那一天算的。如果7年内都没有收到eoi,是不是就说明这7年内都不能回国内了》？

唉，现在的政策，其实有很多的。。。让人费解的地方。。。

新的政策对sponsors要求并没有变
Acceptable sponsors
See also Immigration Act 2009, s 48

If the sponsor is a natural person then they:

must be a New Zealand citizen or the holder of a current residence class visa that is not subject to conditions under section 49(1)(a) or section 50 of the Immigration Act 2009; and

must have been a New Zealand citizen and/or the holder of a New Zealand residence class visa (or a residence permit or returning resident’s visa under the Immigration Act 1987) for at least three years immediately preceding the date the application they wish to sponsor is made; and

must be ordinarily resident in New Zealand and for each of the three 12 month portions within the three years immediately preceding the date the application they wish to sponsor is made, have spent a total of 184 days or more in New Zealand; and

must not sponsor for the purpose of receiving a financial reward or fee; and

must not have been convicted at any time of an offence under immigration law; and

must not have an outstanding debt to the Crown or other third parties as a result of another sponsorship arrangement; and

must not sponsor a person if they have previously breached sponsorship obligations; and

must not have entered insolvency procedures or be adjudicated bankrupt; and

must not be liable for deportation; and

must not be serving a custodial sentence or be awaiting sentencing after being convicted of a crime which carries a custodial sentence.
