准备在南航的网站上给妹妹买一张回国的机票，但居然发现有这么个条款

1. Please use your own credit card for this transaction. Meanwhile, you must be one of the passengers in
   
2.            this transaction. You are required to present the credit card used to purchase the ticket during check-in
   
3.            at the airport. If the cardholder fails to present the physical card originally used for booking transaction,
   
4.            the carrier reserves the right to deny boarding.

是不是南航机票都不让代买？如果我找flight center去出票的话，行得通吗？

这个问旅行社就行了，航空公司基本上不太管，当然可以代买。

只有信用卡本人可以使用。
不可以使用非乘客的信用卡購票。在機場回檢查／核對信用卡。
如果去flight centre 就沒有這個條件。但是需要支付手續費。
