急！！！关于NZQA Authority 学历问题！请大家帮忙

我已经SPC 5 周的时候，我CO给我发email：We require the following before an approval can be given. A letter from NZQA Authority confirming that your Qualification Bachelor of Digital Media is comparable to a Relevantdegree-level (Level 7) qualification majoring in multimedia, computergraphics, digital design, computer programming or software development.


我学的是Bachelor of Digital Media L7 的，在www.kiwiquals.govt.nz 能很清楚的找到我的学校和我的学科，也有详细的介绍。
我给我CO说网上有材料，而且还有ref No.  但是，他回电话给我说，他的manager非要的。。。。。
他说他知道我不用证明，那为什么他就不能给他manager解释呢？？？？
我已经发了信给NZQA，但是说要1个多月才能收到回信。。。
为什么我不需要证明的却非要这样等。。。。
大家帮帮我啊，我就非要等那么久吗？？
要知道我从一开始就去找NZQA要信不就可以了吗。。。。那个网站的作用是什么。。。一点用都没有吗。。。。

我已经在等回信了。
不过请问一下，是我申请的时候就应该有NZQA的认证吗？为什么呢？我的学历在www.kiwiquals.govt.nz 能找到的啊

ask the NZQA to get an confirmation letter to make it be comparable to blah blah blah..... This is free, i got the same situation but it is just after EOI selected.

那你等到letter了吗？有结果了吗？
