为什么没有人用 Kiwi Bank ？

贷款下个月就过期了，很想知道大家对Kiwi Bank有什么看法, 为什么他们这么便宜也没多少人用？

还有换个银行贷款需要考虑些什么？比如有没有什么隐藏费用，关户口费用，时间等等其他损失？

最后如果每周可以省＄１０，值得换吗？

利息昨天又涨了，一年固定的一下子9.4%跳到9.8%， 两年的没变，哪来当陷阱等人跳。

问过了Broker，我想他们比较容易说真话，现在行情根本不可能拿到0.5% discount，除非是贷款很多或者Float Rate， 贷款50W也最多能拿到0.2%discount， 这个discount都是看市场行情来决定的。

刚刚收到ASB的home loan renew offer，0.05% discount，只给一周时间决定，利息照样拿旧的算，这几天其它银行都涨的话就没有选择了，看来这次时机不对，不过学了不少，下次要多做准备才好。

I want to try the kiwi bank..cz the interest of the credit is low, and if you use it every 3 months, then there is no account fees...

Yeah, I used to do that too. When I had some money to deposit. The interest rate Kiwibank offers is always higher than ASB's.

对啊。2001还是2002年开的吧 KIWIBANK，反正是我读预科的时候ECON的老师推荐的，说不错，于是就去开了，用到现在，真的算是第一批用户，前段时间还寄来个小徽章，loyal customer。

I have online call a/c of Kiwibank, pretty good interest rate, 8.3%, better than ASB Fastsaver (8.0%)

I've set up a nominated a/c between Kiwibank and ASB, only took one day to transfer funds between them.

Bank or not, I don't think that matters. There are many financial institutions and many banks. For small banks, I don't know about kiwibank, but I would say, I don't like HSBC, not because of the banking policy; it's just, their service sux, not customer focused.

TSB just not a bank....so if they are gone off the market...no one will pay the money back to you..thats why they don't have lots people there...!

use ANZ and National for more than 7 years....don't want to change.....as they still a big bank...KIWI BANK just too small for it!!

一般可以拿到比ASB公布的利率低0.3-0.5%左右....

这个不可能吧..............3%?
说错了吧....0.3%差不多.......

一共也就9-10%, 如果有3% OFF,  难道现在才6-7%...??!!

谁能贷到...也帮我贷一下吧........


我们家用ASB和WESTPAC的....其实银行不重要...
找到好的经理, 可以拿到便宜的利率最重要.

我用ASB的贷款有5年了，看到上面的 deliciousegg 通过broker拿到 0.3% discount，真的很生气，谁来教我怎么去漫天要价呢。   


很美，你那个便宜是比表面低多少的？  

还有花花，ASB有没有给你discount 呢？

贷款利息可以跟他们商量的...只要你贷的多....我们家用ASB的.都挺便宜的

毕竟和邮局搞一起，服务肯定比不上其他大银行

不过从我来这边六年KIWIBANK是我一直在用的。也不是说很好吧，只是说从来不收我任何费用而已。我也不知道为什么，所以我就一直用着了。

作national 的vip目前只发现一个好处，没有transaction fee，直接从银行开支票不用那5刀的费用。。。。其他的还有待发掘~~~~

找broker啦。。。。我通过broker找的ASB，给了0.3%的discount啊，还有免律师费，每个月rebate $20的bank fees.
貌似利息都差不多。。。。。。

还是我来说一下吧。。


最近我买的房子所以就跟kiwibank打上交道。。没有错。。他们没有固定的银行点（不过邮局够平均的了）。。感觉好像很不方便。。不过用过之后我觉得他们还不错


原因1， 我上班的关系， 用email跟电话联系我比较方便。

原因2， 正是因为他们没正式的银行网点，所以 我一直是固定开我账户的人联系的。。。
一直就是那个华人， 所以一找就找到了。。。反而更加容易沟通， 现在成为我的朋友了的感觉。。从来没有见过面。。。


我一直用asb，觉得他们也不错， 不过现在这世道去不去银行不重要了。。网上什么都能做。。。

建议是， 找到其他银行 最低的 利率， 直接去kiwibank看看有没有更低的。。。

一旦联系上一切都简单。。。
