Department: Integrated Management Department
Salary range: 58k-68k
Reports to: HR & Admin Manager
Location: Auckland – Healthy and Fresh Ltd
Employment Type: Full-time permanent employee role
1. Position Purpose This newly established role is responsible for the overallmanagement of company equipment and vehicles, ensuring they are properlymaintained, safe, and compliant. The position also provides support for Health& Safety (H&S) administration and contributes to improving operationalefficiency by leveraging IT knowledge and systems.
2. Key Responsibilities Equipment & Vehicle Management
- Maintain an up-to-date inventory of company equipment and vehicles.
- Coordinate regular servicing, inspections, registrations, and insurance renewals.
- Monitor usage and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate and communicate with customers or other third parties on transportation compliance issues, ensuring adherence to regulations and company standards
- Arrange repairs and liaise with service providers when required.
- Keep accurate records of costs and usage for reporting purposes.
- Oversee facility maintenance, including building WOF, fire service, and related compliance checks.
Health & Safety (H&S) Support
- Assist with implementing and monitoring H&S policies and procedures.
- Conduct routine checks on equipment and vehicles to identify risks.
- Maintain H&S compliance records and support audits when required.
- Report incidents or hazards in a timely manner.
Systems & IT Support
- Use computer systems and software (e.g., Excel, databases, internal platforms) for data management and reporting.
- Provide basic IT/system assistance to the admin and wider team.
- Contribute ideas for improving digital processes and operational efficiency.
- Take charge of computer hardware maintenance, ensuring smooth daily operation and troubleshooting when required.
General Administration
- Support the HR & Admin Manager in administrative tasks as required.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with company policies at all times.
- Other related jobs arranged by company.
3. Person Specification Qualifications & Experience
- Prior experience in equipment/vehicle administration, office administration, or facilities management preferred.
- Familiarity with Health & Safety requirements is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); basic IT/system knowledge desirable.
- Valid New Zealand driver’s licence and work eligibility required.
