& P* I9 H1 z! B' d现想寻求一单间，内含独立卫生间的套房，租金最好是240刀/周以内，包水电气网. 必备基本家具：床，床垫，书桌，椅子
- ]0 z1 o7 y* A# e因本人厨艺有限，基本都是轻煮食（一般为炒蔬菜，炒蛋炒饭，煎蛋，煎培根），很少爆炒和油炸，会使用到的厨具电器：小型电饭煲，小型电煮锅

I am a prospective student at Manukau Institute of Technology (Manukau Campus) in the major of nursing programme.
I prefer that the accommodation can be close to the train station or bus stop on the walk and the spending time could be within 30 mins to reach to university by public transport. free car parking in the yard or on the side road in front of the accommodation.
5 C: a9 I! {' k+ j! C; OI do not smoke, alcohol drinking as well as pet cultivating (but I like pets, so I would be very willing to accept accommodation with pets). I am quiet and tidy.
My ideal single room is an ensuite with a bathroom in it, and the price of $240/week and below including water, gas, power and unlimited internet fibre would be perfect. Basic furniture requirement: a bed with a mattress, a study desk and a chair for studying
