THE COMPANY


We are a Residential Property Management Company and have two branches in Royal Oak and Flat Bush.
      •    Currently we are managing nearly a thousand residential properties around Auckland
      •    The company has been running more than 15 years and now our whole professional management team have around 10 staff.

THE ROLE

      The Associate Property Manager will be working in afast-paced and demanding environment dealing with landlords, tenants and contractors.You must be a strong and resilient character who is a confidentcommunicator with the ability to resolve issues effectively within a timelymanner, all while delivering exceptional levels of customer service.
      
The individual will have:

     •    A relevant NZ diploma or higher qualificationin property management/ management or relevant business qualification

     •   Relevant work experience in customer serviceor management
      •    Experience of working in a busy officeenvironment
      •    Strong time management skills and theability to work to tight deadlines
      •    The ability to work under pressure
      •    Proven customer service skills
      •    Strong problem-solving skills and beable to work on own initiative      


KEY SKILLS  
      •    Answer general queries relating toproperty throughout the tenancy
      •    Address incoming mail
      •    Maintain accurate record of all communication and correspondence
      •    Can speak fluent English and Chinese
      •    Self-motivated, energetic person witha positive attitude. Similar work experience is preferred but keen to learn attitude is important. Always pays attention to details, proper attire andprofessional appearance.
      •    This job needs to go out to meetclients from time to time so full driving license is required
      •    Competent knowledge and use of the Microsoft Office suite is essential
