Work place: Sylvia park Westfield mall
Salary: $23-$28 + commission
Working Hour: Full time: 40-45hours
Part time : 20 hours plus

### Salesperson Job Requirements

1. **Experience**:
   - Minimum of 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in retail or the automotive industry.
   - Experience with e-scooters or related products is a plus but not necessary.

2. **Education**:
   - High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business or sales is advantageous.

3. **Skills**:
   - Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
   - Ability to understand and explain technical product details to customers.
   - Proficiency in English; additional languages are an asset.

4. **Customer Service**:
   - Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.
   - Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and effectively.

5. **Sales Ability**:
   - Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
   - Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals.

6. **Technical Knowledge**:
   - Willingness to learn about new products and technologies.

7. **Motivation and Attitude**:
   - Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
   - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

8. **Flexibility**:
   - Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
   - Adaptability to a fast-paced retail environment.

9. **Physical Requirements**:
   - Ability to stand for extended periods and lift items up to 30kg.

10. **Computer Skills**:
    - Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems

11. **License**:
    - Valid New Zealand driver's license is preferred.

12. **Legal Requirements**:
    - Must have the legal right to work in New Zealand
