Responsibilities & Expected Outcomes:
1: Provide the highest level of product and sales service to all NEW PEARL TILES clients.
2: Face-to-face consultations in the showroom and giving our clients the best unforgettable experience when at the Auckland Showroom & Experience Centre
3: Duties involve, liaison with clients via phone & email, generating showroom appointments with new & existing clients, progressing existing & new leads
4: Quote projects and enter into XERO promptly
5: Measure plans and quantify product required for projects
6: Attend weekly sales meeting, providing and presenting relevant / required data
7: Maintains professionalism across all avenues; effective communicator, always finding a way to be productive, responsible, ethical, and team-oriented, strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solver.
8: Strong camaraderie, team culture, cooperation, and collaboration with the wider team will be required.
