Auckland City-Living Management was incorporated in 2011 toprovide building and property management services. We are a member of REINZ. Weare currently seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join our team.
Main Job tasks and requirements:
• Fluent in both Chinese and English speaking is a must
• Experiences in property management are not necessary, but1-2 years of full or part-time work experience in the real estate, hospitality,marketing or management industry experience is required.
• Strong writing skills in business letters and emails
• Must be self-directed and able to meet deadlines and mustbe self-motivated and keen to learn.
• Excellent communication and marketing skills are essentialin this position.
• "Accuracy, punctuality and attention to detail"is a must.
• Ability to perform marketing tasks, including creatingadvertisements and posting photos.
• Managing a small portfolio of properties. Planning openhome events, scheduling property tours and answering questions about advertisedproperties. Contacting and responding to the landlord and tenant's enquiries.Coordinating views and conducting routine property inspections.
• Processing maintenance requests and arranging work orders.
• Welcoming visitors, coordinating meetings and appointmentsand directing various administrative projects
• Provides office support to either an individual or team
• Report writing, data entry, invoicing and billing support,minute taking and project management.
• Offering high-level service and building the company’sreputation by best practice property management.
• We will also provide on-the-job training if the candidatesuccessfully undertakes the tasks
• NZ Full License preferred
• New Zealand Bachelor’s degree or higher is required
