Full/Part Time Reception Role Job Description

You are in luck! We are looking for a part time Customer service and front of house role.
Your roles will consist of: - Organization, coordination and direction of gaming sessions in both a public and private format.
- General administration
- Serving customers and money handling
- Housekeeping duties
- Solving customer complaints
- Respond to customer phone, email and Facebook inquiries
- Make booking reservations and following up on payments
- Prepare daily operation tasks and duties for the shift
- Assist the team on the development and operation of the business
Our ideal candidate would be a person who has the following:- Have the confidence to speak to small to large volume of people at once
- Humble, honest, friendly and trustworthy
- Can work evenings and Weekends
- Good time management
- Hungry to learn and committed to growth
- Can work independently as well as part of a team
- Has customer service experience
- Is self-motivated and can think outside the box
- Can use Microsoft Word and Excel
- Has experience in phone and email etiquette
- Is patient
Full Time Hours: 30 hours per week Working day: Wednesday to Sunday
Option: extra hours on Thursday can be negoicate
As a candidate you must have the ability to reliably travel to Glendene, West Auckland.
Candidates having customer service and/or Airsoft experience will be a bonus but are not required.
*This position may require a volunteer training period.
