Lending consultants：

* NZ education qualifications preferred in finance or business related
* Good communication skills both in written & Verbal
*Sales focus & strong analytical skills
*ability to provide consistant service and take responsibilities for your actions
*self-motivated / self-managed with good customer service skills
* someone who is targert driven and can identify opportunities
* Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask

Mortgage Brokers:

You need to have the following to apply :
• Fully accredited with all lenders
National Certificate in Financial Service

* NZ education qualifications preferred in finance or business related
* Good communication skills both in written & Verbal
*Sales focus & strong analytical skills
