大家好，请问有朋友知道Rates Invoice 上"Uniform Annual General Charge"的收费是指些什么费用吗？我家房子与邻居一模一样，但是交费就比邻居多一倍;另外，Overviiew 显示SUIPs 为2，是指房子有2个单元吗？麻烦有了解的朋友帮忙解答一下
