JOB DESCRIPTION - KEYRESPONSIBLITIES AND RESULT AREAS
· Receive incoming orders from allcustomers and load into the in house system.
· Receive inbound products for pickpack.
· Process returns.
· Book in all pickups.
· Process all items to beshipped, as wellas those coming into the warehouse, following the establishedorganizational procedures.
· Organize materialsshipped to thewarehouse according to the picking list, item number andquantity.
· Generate labels andstick them on eachitem to ensure the item code is the same as that on theinventory.
· Choose the rightpackaging for each itemto ensure correct packing and shipping.
· Pick items manually orby using electronicscanning devices provided.
· Scan and upload tracking informationinto client systems and WMS.
· Replenish items.
· Prioritize tasks and work to meetdeadlines.
· Complete and send end of dayreports.
· Maintain high standard ofcommunication with subordinates and supervisor/manager - verbal and written.
· Maintain a clean andtidy work area.
· Follow the safety ruleswhen picking,packing and shipping.
· Train new employeesaccording to thecompany’s standard operating procedures.
· Stock takes.
· Mail handling.
· Print & Design asrequired.
· Assist with billing asrequired.
· Perform any other duties as and whenassigned by the supervisor and /or the manager.
· Manage portfolio of smalltransactional accounts
· Grow new business (leads andresearch).
· Receives and processes inbound salesqueries from clients via telephone, email and online.
· Coordinate direct injectionlodgements.
· Work on products and serviceenhancements with relevant areas within QS
· keeping up to date with keychallenges and opportunities.
· Being the main point of contact forany support clients require.
· Liaising with other internaldepartments to effectively meet clients' needs.
· manage and retain clientrelationships and build client loyalty.
· Continually stay abreast of newproduct offerings.
