Intermediate/ Senior Business Advisory Accountant

We currently have opportunities available in our team (accounting firm in Christchurch).

We are looking for candidates for the following positions in ourawesome team:

• Intermediate accountant (At least 2 year Public Practise experience)
• Intermediate/Senior accountant (3+ years Public Practise experience)
  

What we are looking for in an individual:

• Driven to provide excellent service to clients
• A desire and passion to continually grow and develop their skills and abilities
• Good knowledge of NZ tax system
• Computer skills (Xero experience of benefit)
• Experience in preparing financial statements, income tax and GST returns along with other IRD compliance work.
• Good time management and English communication skills both spoken and written
• A team player, honest, integrity
• Good oral & written English ability
  

What will be involved work-wise:

• Preparation of financial reports for a variety of entity types
• Preparation of client’s tax returns including GST, FBT, PAYE, RWT and income tax returns
• Interacting directly with clientele
