The Auckland Diwali Festival is fast approaching, on 8 & 9 October 2022, and Tātaki Auckland 's festival team, Sport Auckland, and Chinese Postgraduate Society are looking for volunteers as Eco Warriors who are passionate about sustainability.
We would love to engage with you to support the festival’s growing sustainability initiatives and diversion of waste from landfill.
Eco-warriors are needed to help festival goers at Aotea Square make conscious decisions of how to place their waste in the correct bins, to help us reach our diversion-from-landfill goal of 70%.
As a valued volunteer, you will be provided with a training for free, an Eco-Warrior T-Shirt, and a meal voucher by Tātaki Auckland. Further details on when/where to meet onsite will be emailed to all the registered volunteers later. In addition, you will also receive other volunteer benefits from Chinese Postgraduate Society. If you have any question, please feel free to leave it in Section 3 in this form.
