We are seeking a Mobile Phone Technician that hasexperience with Samsung Mobile Phone repairs.

Ideally, you will have worked for a successful mobilephone repair shop, possess knowledge about repairing Samsung products and haveleast 2 years experience servicing and repairing electronics devices or homeappliances in NZ.

Mobile Phone Technicians will need to partake in thefollowing:

·        Conduct tests, analyze and repair SamsungElectronics devices including mobile phones, tablets, watches and accessories.

·        Level 1, 2 and 3 repairs

·        Adhering to required company standards andprocedures, as well as completion of high-quality post-repair testing anddiagnostics

·        Completing repairs to the required standardwithin the designated time period, with minimal re-service/return rate.

·        Component Level Fault Resolution and HandSoldering

·        BGA operation

·        Hardware repairs including LCD and cosmeticrepairs as well as identifying and resolving component faults.

·        Software repairs including devicere-flashing, IMEI writing, Running Diagnosis tools and using Water ResistanceTesting tools.

·        Working within strict manufacturersguidelines.

·        Assemble units after repairs are made, makingadjustments and cleaning as needed.

·        Demonstrate good communication skills

·        Be computer literate

·        Show initiative to troubleshoot problems asthey arise

·        Have experience with Samsung mobile phonerepairs.

You will receive training in the service and repair ofour product range and will have support from the rest of our team as well asour International Client.
