A fully equipped kitchen with all whiteware available.

The building is extremely safe as it is also a hotel. The reception is open during business hours and only key tag access to the floors. At night the lobby is closed and only with an access key can you enter. Sorry no pets allowed.

Plenty of on street parking on Graham Street in front of the building. I currently have monthly parking in Tournament parking Nelson street (1 min walk) and can connect you with the owner if required.

Viaduct 5 min walk / Queen street shops and restaurants 5 min walk / Ponsonby 5 min drive / Motorway access 5 mins.

House available from 8th July.

We are looking for someone to either take over the remainder of our tenancy till 8th September or can move in permanently and a new contract will be drawn up in your name.
