Both can come furnished or unfurnished. Open to short-term rentals as well. The house itself has a digital door lock for the main door(no need to carry a key), insect nets on doors & windows, all kinds of kitchen appliances, utensils, good brand pans and pots, and enough fridge and pantry space for everyone (2 fridges and extra pantry), a projector screen, bbq and outdoor furniture. Extra storage available in the garage. So we are looking for like-minded people who are tidy and mature. We strictly stick to the house rules and respect other flatmates.

Bus stop literally right in front of the house that goes to the city.  Very close to SH20, Royal oak village and Onehunga village including famous Dressmart. Less than 5 min walk from Countdown, library, Onehunga main bus stop and 10 mins walk to Onehunga Train Station. This house is on the other side of Church St(towards Hillsborough) so it's quieter and at the end of the street, there is Onehunga Bay Reserve if you like to have a run/stroll.
