新西兰法律规定，消费者在“买卖行为“（in trade）中的权益由以下两部法律规制：

①Fair Trading Act（FTA）

②Consumer Guarantee Act (CGA)。

为了维护消费者权益，所有在天维论坛进行的交易都需要明确这是否是一个“买卖行为”（in trade）。

目前有两个品种

CaliforniaGreen (Tall Fescue),is a hardy, dark green, wide bladed type of grass. It is more hardwearing andused ideally in high use areas.

Agridark Couch– Extremely hard-wearing draughtresistant fine bladed grass.

Summer grass that grows over the summermonths, In winter couch goes into a natural dormancy and can turn straw colouredfor approximately two months. Excellent in warmer coastal environments. Agridark Couch is available forharvest in the warmer seasons only.
