We are looking for hotel manager needs to be experienced and capable in the various tasks across the hotel business, this role base on manage the team, reception and catering, day to day operating. Success candidate must have at least 2 years manager work experience The successful applicant will be responsible for the following: - To lead and manage all aspects of hotel operations,
- Full financial accountability for the hotel’s performance; drive business and utilise all areas of the hotel to generate revenue
- supervising the housekeeping, completing time sheets for housekeeping daily
- Drive high levels of guest satisfaction through the consistent execution of service standards and initiatives, visible operational leadership and high interaction with guests
- Multiple task, must put your hand down to do all different type of work, include room service and Laundry when require.
To succeed in this role the successful candidate must run the hotel as if it was their own adopting a hands-on management style that pays attention to each and every detail. The candidate will need to be naturally focus in seeking revenue opportunities and maximising yields for the hotel, Happy to do all cleaning and laundry will be essent . |
