Tasks Include: Being an integral member of ourconstruction team, the role will see you working alongside a great team ofQuantity Surveyors assisting with tendering, estimating, running projects,progress claims, variations, job reconciliations and final accounting. You will be meticulous by nature and will have the ability to competentlyproduce accurate pricing and documentation. Qualifications & experience
- A tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying or related majors
- 1-2 years’ experience as a QS in the NZ residential sector (you can start from an intern if the local experience under 1 year)
- Understand authority requirements and rules including statutory legislation
- Solid computer skills. Experience in CAD and BIM is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Effective communication and negotiation skills
- Full Driver's Licence
