Our team oftechnician offers in-store solution and remote troubleshooting services to thecustomers. Our services include: - Troubleshooting computers,smart phones and other electronic devices. - Selling variety of electronicaccessories and technical solutions. - Internal services including butare not limited to installation of Windows/OS System, Microsoft Offices etc. - Providing onsite/remotetechnical support to other local company.
We require our technician to not only be able to solve the technical problem internally but also be knowledgeable to assist and help customer to make the right technical decision.
During the COVID-19 period, we are keen to hire fresh Graduates to join our most technical-focused/busiest store located in Panmure. Full training (with Pay) will be provided for the right candidates.
We are currently looking for one Service Desk technican.
To be successful in Service Desk technician, you need to have:
- Relevant tertiary qualificationin IT/Marketing/Business
- Strong and effective verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problemsolving ability especially in hardware/software diagnostic
- Research, select, download,install, customize software according to the end user’s specification
- Up to date technical understanding of computer systems, new technologies and computers accessories
- Ability to disassemble,assemble and install desktop/PCs/mobiles
- Experience with networking,terminal and network security (preferred)
- Effort to meet the weekly sales target
- Good understanding of MS Office
