东区East Tamaki分包商因业务扩张，诚招entry level QS一名。所做项目涉及大型知名养老院，高层公寓楼，酒店，民宅等。client全为本地洋人大公司,团队大部分非华人所以要求英语好，上手快，责任心强的全职或兼职qs一名。可协助办理工签及身份。有意者请发送CV到nancy@crownconstruction.co.nz三个月试用期工资高于最低时薪，三个月转正后重新review工资一次。公司现有两名qs将提供fully training。


Crown Construction is an interior fit-out company specialising in metal/timber wall & ceiling framing, insulation, plasterboard supply & fixing, stopping and painting.

We require a quantity surveyor who can do the following:
- Measure the trades stated above
- Attend site meetings to resolve drawing disputes
- Planswift program measuring
- Use of excel
- Colour code mark ups prepared for the trades stated above
- Measure variation work
- Takeoff material quantities
- Price/forecast the cost of the different materials needed for the project
- Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, and other documentation
- Track changes to the design and/or construction work and adjust budget projections accordingly
- Procure or agree the services of contractors and/or subcontractors who work on the construction of the project
- Measure and value the work done on site
- Monthly progress claims to client
- Pay subcontractors
- Liaise with the client and other construction professionals, such as site managers, project managers and site engineers
- Select and/or source construction materials
- Write reports
