overseas buyers backed off making it much difficult to achieve, and being a property representative is going to be a challenge work from now on, especially English isn't your mother tongue, probably at most of the time, Chinese buyer is a must have and your biggest selling group has to be Chinese overseas investors, what would you do if they are not there any more? less to say, there is no way to foresee how long this Covid-19 pandemic is going to last and how possible the Chinese inverstors are likely to return to the market in the next few years. I hope you still have faith in your career and will never regret for the decision you made earlier. Good luck.

我觉得要是这样，还是要想七品芝麻官里星爷那样去练练口活才好，把死人说活了，或是本山大叔，正常人忽悠瘸了比上课有用多了。
