About the Role

We are seeking a self-motivated Production Manager with experience in the Food or Pharmaceutical Industry. The successful candidate will demonstrateprofessionalism with a can do attitude.


Key responsibilities of the role includes:
                                                

• Delivering optimal production performance and ensure that continuous improvement underpins daily operationsFostering a team environment and communicating regularly with staff.
• Contribute to strategic decision-making regarding resources planning, capacity and future initiativesResponsibility for quality outcomes – meeting customer expectations, GMP standards and Company guidelinesProvide leadership, mentoring and training for team members.
  
  

Skills and experience:
         

• Tertiary qualified with an engineering/food science related degree
• Previous experience in a production management role within the food, pharmaceutical or other related industryClear understanding of good production practices and the need for the highest quality standards
• Strong analytical skills with excellent problem solving skills
• Excellent communication skills both oral and written
