We are seeking a highly motivated,goal orientated individual to lead, manage and co-ordinate our diverse salesteam. The successful applicant will collaborate with our management team andmarketing department to devise strategies to build sales and enhance brandawareness with a particular focus on new business to China. Requiredqualifications and competencies - Relevantuniversity degree in marketing and or business management - Provencommercial experience in sales management, building customer relationships,enhancing brand assurances and loyalty - Excellentanalytical, organizational and computer skills - Strongand effective communicator, able to demonstrate cultural awareness, empathy andinspirational leadership - Strategicthinker able to rapidly adapt to market changes and opportunities - Fluencyin Mandarin and Cantonese an advantage but not essential RoleResponsibilities - Developand implement effective sales strategies to maximize sales opportunities in thevarious markets in which the company operates in New Zealand and Asia - Directlymanage and oversee the sales force to ensure teams maximize their potential andact as effective brand ambassador for the company’s products - Settingand receiving sales budgets in particular market territories to align withcorporate financial objectives - Analyzesales data in conjunction with the marketing department to identify andevaluate new sales opportunities - Prepareand present to the management team sales and financial reports to showcomparative performance in particular markets - Managingthe recruitment mentoring and monitoring the performance of the company’s salesforce - Familiarizationwith particular markets and key customers - Co-ordinateand analyze customer feedback to assess effectiveness of sales strategies Remuneratesand Benefits A highlycompetitive salary together with bonuses and benefits will be paid commensuratewith the applicant’s qualification and experience
