Our business is growing rapidly and presents a perfect opportunity for an Entry Level Quantity Surveyor to join our team. This is a very rare opportunity for a young QS looking to start their career.
The position is varied and includes the following:
* Estimating – putting together detailed take offs and quotations
* Contract Administration – managing subcontract agreements, payment schedules, contract instructions, drawing/document management, valuing variation claims.
* Health & Safety – Ensuring that main contractors have received the required Health and Safety documentation, SSSP’s, health and safety policy, notifiable works, relevant insurances etc.
We will encourage you to take time to visit construction sites we are operating in to gain practical experience
Someone who has already completed at least two years of study would be ideal. Although not essential, previous work experience within the industry would be beneficial.
The role is part-time/casual for applicants wanting a part time position to fit in and around their study.
