要离职了
老板说要交出所有的客户电话，邮箱以及微信
（公司没有配备过公司手机，公司微信给我  我自己的手机 我个人微信好友）
现在做离职交接
要把曾经所有的booking中客人信息都告知给公司
说如果不告知 就是违反新西兰雇佣法（我录音了）
然后 还要逐个给客人打电话 发邮件告知客人 我要离职了
1,  想知道我有义务去配合 告知他客人信息么？

2,  关于休假
因为工作性质关系有一些 sales 工作
去到哪里都可以办公 即使是公共假期 周六日等等
我不在办公室的时候也会办公
那么新西兰法律是怎么规定员工的休假的？

这个是基于起码3-4年前的前同事问IRD得到的信息。你可以再问一下有没有变动。

IRD不一定每个都查，你可以联系IRD说明。

kiwisaver只有citizen或PR才可以加入。工签如果误交但是在申请PR也可能可以持续交，否则IRD会让你退出。

Carefully check your employment agreement, you might have obligation to keep the confidentiality of specific  company information such as client detail, which means you must not disclose those information without authorization. Regarding the company's instruction that you must give out client information, it might be construed as a part of your job duty. If you are currently receiving wages from your company, you might have obligation to observe your company's instruction.

合同里面没有写关于交接的事情

我想知道公司有权利这么做么？
预定时候booking中 记录了 客人邮箱电话
这些还不行，拉出表来
让我一个一个的把客人微信写出来
那这样算不算侵犯隐私呢  不管是客人的还是我个人的

手机是我自己的手机
微信是我个人的微信

The law gives employee entitlement for paid holidays such as public holiday.  If you are asked to work in public holidays, you are entitled to be paid extra like 1.5 times normal payment.
