想玩气枪和邻居搞好关系是关键。只要邻居不投诉就可以在后院玩。当然别让邻居知道你在打鸟！鸟经常来肯定有原因，可能是有鸟喜欢吃的食物或是有可以玩耍的水池或方便站着聊天的树枝，室外天线等等。看看地上粪便的上方是什么就知道了。我安装电视天线经常会帮屋主把室外天线移到屋顶里面这样鸟就没有站的地方也就不会在屋顶或地面上留下粪便。 我很喜欢玩气枪但我不打鸟因为打死鸟实在没有什么技术含量。https://youtu.be/9dAH7aQDO0E 反之我很喜欢鸟经常我会把吃不完的面包扔在草地上看各种鸟来吃。经常会来麻雀，鸽子，斑鸠，海鸥，八哥，画眉等等。

It is quite legal to shoot air pistols and air rifles in your section or house; PROVIDING:

You are over 18, or have a gun license, or someone over 18 supervises the shooting.
You have a safe area to shoot in. (You have a safety zone and no-one can be potentially injured by ricochets, and nor can anyone walk into the shooting zone while you are shooting.)
The pellets are contained within your property ie: you have a suitable impact area or bullet trap.
The neighbours do not feel threatened. (May be a good idea to discuss this with them!) You need to make sure that airguns are NOT pointed in the neighbour’s direction, and that any noise is kept to a minimum.
There is a very good pamphlet available from any NZ Police Arms Office called ’Beginning with Airguns’, describing the Police requirements around airguns.

楼主。。。。麻雀在新西兰属于害虫，但是你用气步枪合法范围有待商榷。。。。。。但是你小时候没用篮子抓过麻雀吗，一抓一个准。相信这个可以唤起你小时候的回忆与帮到你。

这里是鸟类的天堂，在这里生活就必须喜欢鸟，大自然是属于人类和动物的，没有理由互相伤害吧，鸟粪很容易被雨水给冲干净的，如果你随便虐待动物，(想枪打或者弹弓打或者烤了吃都算虐待)，就算你心里这样想想也是罪过的，被发现和举报你会被处罚的。

Certain wildlife not protected

(1)

The wildlife for the time being specified in Schedule 4 is hereby declared to be unprotected throughout New Zealand, except where that schedule otherwise provides:

provided that, where the Minister considers that hunting by other persons is likely to interfere with studies and investigations of or campaigns against the wildlife specified in that schedule carried out by the Department, he may from time to time in his discretion, by notification, declare that any wildlife for the time being specified in that schedule may not be hunted or killed or had in possession in such area and during such period as are specified in the notification.

Every person who in any area and during any period specified in any notification under subsection (1) hunts, kills, or has in his or her possession any wildlife to which the notification refers, commits an offence against this Act and is liable on conviction to the penalty set out in section 67F(3).

嗯 看各家情况 我家四周都有围栏 我打的靶适用四层木箱加上海绵做成的  在家玩 没有问题。小心使得万年船 但是也不应该 一说就觉得不行。 玩这个也是个爱好。 自己在家可以玩 要不想找个地方玩这个 还真不好找。

下面是Arms Act 里面的 careless use of weapon. 并没有说需要邻居的同意。 自己在家干什么是自己的事情 警察不能因为你没有得到邻居的同意就逮捕你 只能是你打到邻居了或者威胁到他们了 才可以的。LZ假如可以保证自己用枪的时候没有别人 也没有伤到别人的可能 是可以在家用枪的。

It shall be no defence to the crime of manslaughter that the guilty act or omission proved against the person charged is an act or omission constituting an offence against this section.
