第一种：Work (if you have an offer of skilled employment outside of Auckland)If you were awarded points for an offer of skilled employment outside of Auckland and those points were the reason you were invited to apply for residence, you must: - take up that job within 3 months of coming to New Zealand
- stay in that job for 12 months.
解读： 假如你在奥克兰之外有job offer，且在你申请resident visa的时候，你申请了奥克兰以外地区的30分加分，那么你必须在我们邀请你申请resident visa的时候 （......you were invited to apply for residence......)（EOI之后的邀请信），已经在入境新西兰3个月内入职，且在这个职位上已经工作了12个月。（意思就是说，假如你想申请这30分，你至少在这个岗位上工作至少12个月）
解读2： （根据2楼注意到的细节） 原文中......you were invited to apply for residence......也有可能指拿到residence visa之后，必须在3个月内入职，而且带有工作一年的condition，不过这感觉怪怪的，极少有residence visa还带有必须去干什么的condition，估计大多数人不属于这一类，毕竟很少有人在不入职就能申请到resident visa。
第二种：Work (if you have current skilled employment outside of Auckland) （大多数人属于第二种）
If you were awarded points for your current skilled employment outside of Auckland, and you’d been working in that job for less than 3 months when you were invited to apply for residence, you must stay in the job for at least 12 months.
解读：
假如你已经在奥克兰以外地区工作，且在你申请residence visa的时候，在收到EOI之后的邀请信之前，只有少于3个月的工作时间，那你必须在这个工作上干12个月。
解读2：（同上面的解读2，不过总觉得哪有带有这种condition的resident visa，既然带condition何必不在给人visa之前卡人呢 而且文中说you’d been working in that job for less than 3 months when you were invited to apply for residence少于3个月就申请，会有12个月的condition话，那么多于3个月的申请，是不是就没有condition呢？ 文中并没有指出假如多于三个月会不会有condition。另外，大多数人在移民官开始审核的时候，基本上都工作了超过3个月，从EOI到分到移民官，估计都超过3个月了，而下来的resident visa并没有带什么特殊的condition） 那我是不是把这条政策理解为，重写了一遍+30分的条件，只不过以前没写清楚而已，但是大多数人都超过了3个月的工作期间，所以也不带S49 condition）
PS：假如解读2正确，那么移民局就是澄清了一下S49的附加条件（这条件很早就有，不是现在才有的），被批准resident visa的时候，工作没有超过3个月，会给你一个必须工作1年的condition，假如被批准的时候超过3个月，那么就没有1年的condition。也就是说，其实移民局这次在奥克兰以外的加分上 啥也没改......
以上政策不影响已经获得resident visa，PR，Citizen
