iWorld International Ltd. focuses on providing our customers with only the very best nutritional supplements, natural skincare, food, wine and healthy lifestyle products,  operating in direct export to the Asian countries.

We are now looking for a Customer Service .

Key attributes we are looking for:

•        Fluency in both English and Chinese with excellent written and verbal skills
•        Knowledge about China and Asian cultures
•        Knowledge about NZ food related products will be advantageous


In this role you are expected to:
•        Plan, develop and implement strategies to meet sales targets and generate increased sales in China through brand image reinforcement
•        Build and maintain the company’s image and reputation with its customers in China
•        Work with customer services staff to explain the needs of the client and motivate them to provide ta high standard of service
•        Identify and organise service that will simplify the commercial arrangements with clients
