父母移民里面，kiwisaver的收入算么？

• e  entity, such as a company or a trust, cannot be included unless it has been paid directly to the sponsor and/or
•     their partner in the form of shareholder-employee salary or dividends, or is income derived from the trust.

房租收入有点不一样，据说是如果没有超过贷款就不需要缴税，具体要专业人士来回答。

kiwisaver是不同的概念，如果你加入了，公司是强制性要给你交的，而且正常情况下也要退休只有才能取，你根本没有支配权。如果你没参加kiwisaver，公司也不会把那部分钱退还给你。

其实说IRD能显示的收入，是一种比较直接明了的收入，其他的收入就有太多的不确定性，建议你咨询下移民局。。

这个是公司交的，不算你个人收入的，IRD里面没有税收记录的。

不过不放心的话，可以问下移民局，记得要说是公司那个3%，不是自己的3%
