免税时期结束了？？？？什么啊？

今天莫名收到IRD的email，太奇怪了，有没有人也收过啊？
Temporary tax exemption for foreign income - end of exemption
The purpose of this letter is to advise you that, according to the information you have previouslyprovided to us, your temporary tax exemption may have ended on 31 August 2015.If this is the case, you now need to declare all your foreign income, along with any incomederived from New Zealand, in an IR 3 tax return. Please visit www.ird.govt.nz for moreinformation on IR 3 returns and guides.
我从没提供什么东西啊？而且我又不是纽国人，也不是pr什么的，怎么要收什么foreign income的税？？太奇怪了，难道我理解有误？？？关键是我以前为什么免税？什么税啊？求助啊？？？

税务居民和国籍，pr什么的没关系。
ird的意思是他们有权利给你的海外收入收税了。你以前免的应该是海外收入在新西兰的税。
