是的,垃圾区Glen Innes新房价格已经过百万了,有55万的特供房34套但有非常多的限制条件。这是问政府开发商有关这一区域是否有可负担房买的回复。
We think that they will sell for something in the region of $1m each.
We are building more affordable homes in Central GI, the area between Line Rd and Apirana Ave. In that location our homes are selling to the private market for between $680,000 and $1,000,000. As part of our agreement with HNZ we are looking to sell 34 homes with a market valuation of $650-700,000, for $550,000, with the balance of the market value vendor financed for 5 years. This product is not quite available yet, but if you are interested you would also need to meet the following criteria;
1. NZ Citizen
2. Earnings less than $80,000 if you are single, or $120,000 if purchasing as a couple
3. Agree to live in the house for no less than 24 months
4. Your inquiry would be prioritised if you have some kind of association with GI, or work in Health, Education, Police or fire services.
