Away of <10,000 km from homeland, people earning low wages (or even technically unemployed) pay a huge amount mortgage, or spend huge money for more than 30 years old house without proper insulation. Someone call this as an attractive point to the new immigration, and they call this as potential demand. Unless you live in your illusion, I would not call the current property market trends as a normal case of marketing prosperity. Bubbles. It's not a crisis yet. Gov'd better to decelerate the increasing of house price, rather than everything becomes too late.
