完全可以,我深切体会到楼主的心情,我家养的小狗吉娃娃,平时更闹腾,有时候可能因为太安静,听到动静就叫,我们平时不在家就把收音机打开,让他觉得家里有人,以前租房子的时候遇到过这种邻居,事无巨细,通通上来写信投诉,好坏,我们之前和你一样,忍忍吧,后来邻居隔壁搬来一个岛毛,哈哈天天party,音响震天,也没见他们投诉,有几个事情可以留意,看他们有没有没割草?草长高了没有割可以投诉康嫂,还有fence,都是公共财产,她们要敢动fence没经过你同意也是要高,还有party太吵小孩太吵,投诉给康嫂 noise control
