hmm, it depends on the structure for the property. For example: the property is fully fenced, and the exterior wall is damaged by force. Then you may try to claim that from the tenant. But if the house is sharing the driveway or not fenced, and clearly the wall is damaged facing to the sharing driveway, then you cant charge to the tenant for sure. |
