一般在洋人公司，stakeholder就是经常和你又业务往来的部门或是人员。如果你是delivery team的话，sales或是accounting部门都是你的internal stakeholder。。。。。 你提到的问题应该是问你关于你公司内部协调和管理方面的经验

Because I'm applying for a job now in the financial institution and one of the question is
"How long were your years of experience in stakeholder management? Who do you normally liaise with in your roles?"

So a stakeholder could be anyone who is involved in the project? ie support staff?
