$300k+ is possible with good contrating rate.
Again, assuming working 52 weeks a year, that's about $144 per hour. That's on the very high end of contracting rate, but still possible.
But, usually when a contract pay premium rate, it's often because they are asking for candidate with rare or specialised skills. i.e. cloud, security, etc...
In short, yes, there are lots of IT contracting roles out there that pay a lot of money, but you'll need the right skill to get it. |
