帮朋友问的， 她申请了Graduate Consultant工作，昨天IBM马来西亚的HR Team打电话过来phone interview，因为工作很忙没有接到电话，发邮件过来说这两天还会再打，请问有没有前辈知道IBM的phone interview主要会谈哪些内容呢？

The first round interview is just very simple questions like why did you apply for IBM GBS, what is your GPA, residency status and graduation dates....After this, there is a psychometric testing. If you pass that, your details will be forwarded to the local ANZ recruiter and there are 2 more further rounds of interviews.
