Sorry, i got confused, usually bidders won't even know who is the vendor but the agent, in the multiple offers situation (just like the tender), there would be a deadline for offers, the offers might be from different agents (different branches, just like barfoot, any agents can sell the property, so your agent even don't know the others' offer price |
