贷款买车真的很划算！公布全部真相！！！

已成功从westpac newmarket branch取得利息7.5%的car loan，5年还清，自己感觉倒还是不错的，毕竟AA loan给我的要11.25%，其他大型4s店也都超过了11%，以前总认为贷款买车利息很高，现在发现就比房贷高一点点，最主要的是能放在自己公司底下（我没有享受到房贷的利率，因为车放公司名下了，7.5对公司已经是不错的利率了），早买早享受啊，呵呵！
ps:Westpac Newmarket branch的business manager真的不错，不但热心，速度快，而且一般80万以内的贷款自己就能做主，也不需要什么审查，而且能理解中国人一般不容易提供书面上的收入记录（你懂的,haha).在这里和大家分享一下，这个女的叫praneeta,直拨电话09-5293111，感觉到比很多中国broker还了解中国人。

在商业角度来说贷款买车是处于现金流动需要
如果资金充裕根本无需贷款买车
正如楼上所言：贷款利息打了个7折而已
毕竟你还是要付利息的，只不过付少了一点点而已

这年头贷款买十几万的跑车不值啊，贬值跟倒水一样，看看GTR C63 M3那些车。。。09年的全新车现在一下掉个好几万，贷款要还的不但没降还得加利息，打工仔哪耗得起，还不如买房合算，起码房价是一直在升，一年转个手没准能赚个两三W

是一个单独的申请只不过用车做抵押，而且要买3年内的车，4.99银行不给我买车。

我明白了，他给你的利率是按商业贷款利率走的，你亏了，其实可以按房屋贷款利率走的，

那你亏了，我当初买房银行给我30万credit,这30万你用就按浮动利率走，当然你也可以固定，不用一分利息都没有，就等于你可以自己给自己贷款。我相信银行给你的肯定和我一样的，只不过你的利率太高了，多找几家银行问问吧。

呵呵楼主你那是买房银行给你的房贷，但是你可以买其他东西，走的是房贷利率。
