Yes and no, it depends on the ZONING of your property, some business zones - yes; other business zones - no. Check with Council's duty planner for more information.
Also, to develop a property for residential use, you will also need to comply with many other design requirements such as visual privacy, private open space, acoustic requirements, etc.
Very likely you will need to apply for a Resource Consent to do so. |
