我21号买的digtal acc，美服，用的是信用卡，钱也扣了。但是到今天为什么升到13级以上就没有经验了。。。第二章也能进去，但是就是有钱没有经验。这是什么情况？求高手解答。

至少得等3 天 ~~等 payment clear 了之後

等級才可以繼續升上去

[UPDATE]: Blizzard's 1.03 patch limits digital purchasers to Starter Edition until payment is verified; publisher says level cap limit is unintended, will be fixed soon.

Gamers who pay to download Diablo III won't have full access to the game for up to three days, thanks to tweaks made in the game's latest patch. According to a post on Blizzard's forums, Diablo III downloaders will only be able to play the Starter Edition of the game for up to 72 hours after purchase.

谢谢了，但是我21号买到现在怎么都72个小时以上了，还没整好。那我再等一天吧。
