请问在炒汇公司的 ‘middle office associate' 该怎么翻准确呢？和 dealer有什么区别？有发展前途吗？

"The Associate role will be involved in all aspects of levered and deliverable foreign exchange deal settlement, margin client funds settlements and identifying and taking responsibility for solving issues. Daily tasks will include receipt of incoming funds, payment of outgoing funds, deal confirmations, bank account reconciliation, deal statistics reporting as well as administrative tasks.

In addition to the settlements duties, the associate will be required to monitor office needs and co-ordinate with suppliers for the day to day requirements of the other members of staff."
