just a few things that i can think of, which are generally asked during interviews:
arrive on time, bring two more copy of your CV, just in case.
refresh memory about customer services experience, your strength and weakness, why do you apply this position, how do you deal with client's complaint (example of your previous experience), how do you manage workload, how would your previous colleague describe you (as a person or colleague, their impression about you),
also good to prepare a few questions to ask them back at the end of the interview (to show your genuine interest in this position and this company), be mindful about the questions around the salary range (preferably don't ask until second interview)
