我付的租金是属于什么？拿过房补的请指教

我付了租金，包括水电，不包三餐和任何食物。请问如果我申请房补，这是属于rental,还是board呢？谢谢
Board is where the amount you pay for your accommodation includes food and possibly other costs such as phone or electricity.

Rent is where the amount you pay for your accommodation only covers the cost of your room or home for you and your family.
