payroll giving不是节税的，简单说是让有donation习惯的员工可以早拿到tax credit，而不用等到tax year底。。想节税的话，注册个公司先吧。。

真的要节税不如各种allowance, 比如vehicle allowance每人每年最多可以10k，外加油费报销。。。
